Your meal plan stays yours.

Meal List Boundaries is local-first. We designed it so a weekly plan does not need an account or a cloud database.

Short version: meals, ingredients, boundary names, bought state, and templates are stored in your browser’s IndexedDB. We cannot read them.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the boundaries, meals, ingredient lines, bought status, week templates, theme choice, and—if you buy Field Kit—the license token and a cached verification result. You can export a JSON backup or erase the data using your browser’s site-data controls.

Sharing and QR codes

A share link or QR code contains a copy of only the selected boundary list, encoded directly in the URL. The app does not upload that list to a server. Anyone who receives the URL can read its contents, so share it as you would a paper list.

Purchases

Field Kit checkout and license verification use the Sociobot billing API. Sociobot and Dodo, its merchant of record, process the purchase information needed to complete payment and manage refunds. This app stores the returned license token locally and sends it to Sociobot for verification no more than once per day. Meal and ingredient data are never sent with that request.

Network and tracking

The app contains no advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, third-party fonts, or social trackers. Static hosting may retain ordinary security logs such as an IP address and request time. We do not build profiles from them.

Your choices

Export before clearing browser data if you want a backup. You can use the free planner without a purchase or account. For privacy questions, contact the publisher through the repository linked from the app.
